Refund Policy
1. Services Refunds
Chiropractic services and consultations: Refunds will be considered if you are dissatisfied with the services provided. To initiate a refund request, please contact our clinic within 3 days of your appointment.
Online bookings: If you made an online booking for an appointment and need to cancel, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled at least 2 Hours prior to the scheduled time to be eligible for a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund. Online booking fees are non-refundable.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our clinic at email info@myichiropractic.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Be sure to provide your full name, contact information, the date of service or purchase, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Refunds may take 14 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for services already provided unless there are exceptional circumstances that warrant a refund, as determined by our clinic.
Refunds for products will not include shipping costs unless the product was damaged or received in error.
6. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the date of the last revision will be indicated at the top of this policy.
